Cash on Delivery (COD) – Supplementary Terms

To ensure operational efficiency, payment security, and alignment with our logistics capabilities, MODOFO provides the following supplementary terms regarding the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method:

1. COD Availability by Region
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available only for orders shipped within Indonesia. Orders shipped to any other country or region do not support COD and must be completed using the online payment methods available on the MODOFO website.

2. Conditional Availability of COD Services
The availability of COD services is subject to local logistics capacity, payment infrastructure, and internal risk control assessments. MODOFO reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue COD services, including applicable regions and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

3. COD Order Review and Risk Management
All COD orders remain subject to MODOFO’s standard order verification, fulfillment, and risk control procedures. In cases of refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, unreachable recipients, or returned packages, MODOFO reserves the right to cancel the order, restrict future COD eligibility, or apply additional risk control measures as deemed necessary.

4. Checkout Display and Customer Acknowledgment
The COD payment option will only be displayed at checkout when the delivery address is located in Indonesia and the order meets COD eligibility criteria. By selecting COD, customers acknowledge and confirm that accurate delivery information has been provided and that COD is limited to Indonesia-based shipments only.

5. Relationship to Other Policies
These supplementary COD terms form an integral part of MODOFO’s Shipping Policy and should be read in conjunction with MODOFO’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies. In the event of any inconsistency, the most recent version published on the MODOFO website shall prevail.
